Enterprise Made Simple Immediate impact Digital Boot Camp

– Places available for north Yorkshire businesses.

An eight-week programme with a mixture of face to face and online training and support. 

 Who is it for? 

 Small businesses principles or employees of small businesses that want to understand how digital tools and social media can make an impact in their business and increase their profits and visibility. Based in the York/North Yorkshire area. 

 Who is it not for? 

 Individuals with no prior or limited digital experience, those that are sceptical about the impact digital can make to their business. 

 What the programme includes: 

  • Introducing social media, internet marketing and the data they create in a sustainable way. 

  • Developing a content marketing plan that has impact as well as the implementation techniques to make the plan successful. 

  • Develop and deliver organic search marketing and basic search engine optimisation. 

  • Using digital services to aid search marketing and selling on marketplaces. 

  • How to maximise opportunities for small businesses in digital marketing in the business-to-business environments when we are marketing services rather than products. 

  • Developing a robust mobile app marketing plan and activities to take into account native and social advertising. 

  • Development of existing and future social media marketing – listening and creating content. 

  • Developing, sharing content and building advocacy. 

  • Developing a digital loyalty programme. 

  • Combining digital with traditional marketing. 

 What are the practicalities?

The face to face training will take part at The Hawkills, Easingwold, York YO61 3EG with each day running 9am-5pm with lunch and refreshments provided.

Cohort 2 – starts 15th Aug

Cohort 3 – starts 6th Sept

Full dates for Cohort 1 are as follows:

Face to face sessions – July 12, 19, 20, 26 and Aug 9, 16, 23 and 24th

Online sessions (drop in) – July 17, 24 and Aug 7, 14

These drop in sessions will be avail 9am – 1.30pm

The overall programme cost is £1730 with 90% funding available, so a maximum of £173 to pay.

One of the team will call you to discuss your eligibility and the funding and answer any questions you may have.
