With over 20 years of marketing and social media experience, Sue Thompson is hoping to offer Rebecca a great insight into the services of a busy marketing and design agency, specialising in working with local businesses and is looking forward to having the additional support in the business as it continues to grow.

Rebecca will hopefully develop proficient skill levels within content marketing, social media promotion and strategies, as well as a range of additional communication and design skills the business, provides to its clients.

The business is also delighted to have had an apprentice grant application accepted by Hambleton District Council who are keen to support local businesses within Hambleton in the apprentice recruitment. Applications can be made directly to the Business and Economy Team if businesses can recruit with the Hambleton District and comply with the funding criteria.

Sue Thompson said:

“I am delighted to have Rebecca on board in the business, already she has shown a great level of enthusiasm for my business and is keen to work hard to achieve her qualification and gain experience.

And having the financial support from the District Council has made the whole process even better for my business”

Rebecca added:

“This is a great opportunity for me to join a local business as an apprentice and learn some new skills to help me to develop a career in digital marketing. I can’t wait to get started!”
